In October 2018, we have started the construction of the first low enthalpy solar house.

We plan to end it in 9 months. In the following months, we will follow this project and we will have the chance to explain its peculiarities. The objective is to make the first house in Atlantic climate fully disconnected from any energy grid, taking as energy source just the Sun’s radiation on its facade. No fuel combustion, neither dangerous hidrogene storage systems are deployed. It will be a unique case, placed in a rainy and cold climate equivalent for example to Washington DC in USA.

The first decision that was taken for this project was it appropriate location. It is place at the south face of a near mountain near Oviedo in north Spain. This location assures access to all available solar radiation through out the year, mainly in December and January when is most needed.
